Dr. Hill is a Medical Sociologist, Professor (retired), and former Healthcare Administrator. He is the CEO/Owner/Editor of the Tylara Institute Press.

Articles will regularly appear from him, his colleagues, and invited authors. Topics will embrace aspects of social change, community development, ethics, diversity, body acceptance, medicine, and human rights. Copyright is retained by the Tylara Institute Press. Photo-based submissions with annotations are also welcomed and reviewed for inclusion.
